3.1 Eligibility

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Aumni is not liable for unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from negligence.
3.3 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Share or redistribute proprietary tools or data from Aumni.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Services

4.1 Service Availability

Aumni endeavors to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.

4.2 Modifications to Services

Aumni reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services without prior notice.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Subscription Fees
  • Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their subscription plans.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement.
5.2 Late Payments

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

  • Aumni retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, tools, and analytics.
  • Users retain ownership of any data they upload but grant Aumni a license to process and analyze this data for providing services.

Users agree to treat all non-public information obtained through Aumni’s platform as confidential and to refrain from disclosing it to third parties without proper authorization.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aumni provides its platform and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Aumni disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aumni is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  • Errors or omissions in any data or analytics provided by the platform.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aumni, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Misuse of the platform.

11. Termination

Aumni reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to pay applicable fees.

Users may terminate their account by providing written notice to Aumni. Termination does not absolve users of outstanding payment obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India.

12.2 Arbitration

Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) rules.
